The staff were warm and accommodating, making us feel right at home. the breakfast options were delightful, with a sweet start and savory follow-up. the location was perfect - just a short walk to downtown and close to Acadia National Park. the room was clean and cozy, with all the amenities we needed. We especially enjoyed the afternoon tea on the front porch and the welcoming atmosphere created by the cheerful staff. I highly recommend Sand Bar Cottage Inn for a memorable and relaxing stay in Bar Harbor.
